We handcraft our jewelry using natural crystals, so slight variations in color, shape, or inclusions are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
We make every effort to display product images and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect them perfectly.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates, delivery times, and carriers are listed at checkout and may vary by location.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, on unworn items in original condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized pieces.
