Processing Time
All of our jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your item ships. Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
USA Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we’ll do our best to assist you if your package is lost or delayed.

Returns
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at support@heartslinked.exorti.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.
Exchanges
Need a different stone or style? We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
